Technical HEAD(PAINT Industry)

Role & responsibilities

1. Candidates having 8-10 Years of Experience from paint industry will be prefer only

2. Knowledge of all types of chemicals and liquid primer is must

3. Knowledge of operation & maintenance of plant

4. Should have knowledge of preventive measures taken during production

5. Experience of handling shut down and Break down maintenance

6. Should have experience of handling a team and proper coordination with other department

7. Ensure proper utilization of the manpower and monitoring the production

9. Track on daily production, execution as per SOPs

10. Maintain consistency, discipline and safe work environment

11. Knowledge of all equipments used in paint production

12. Knowledge of process and packing plant

13. Provide guidance and support to the team members

14. Responsible for client meetings and ensure proactive solutions to business issue
