Job Description:
The Technical Delivery Lead (TDL) is responsible for overseeing the delivery and implementation of talent experience solutions, with a strong focus on Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and Phenom products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of SaaS solutions, and coordinating with stakeholders to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep technical knowledge in SaaS and TXM environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Oversights:
Experience with APIs, SOAP, Postman, CMS, ATS, CRM and Scrum process.
Project Management:
Plan, execute, and oversee TXM projects from inception to completion.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
Team Leadership:
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment, encouraging continuous learning and improvement.
Conduct regular scrum meetings, and ensure clear communication of project goals and expectations.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients and the TPM(Technical Program Manager), ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and deliverables.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their requirements are met through effective project management and delivery practices.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.
Develop and maintain project documentation, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures for delivery.
Utilize Phenom internal tools/SOAP and Postman for testing and validating APIs to ensure robustness and reliability.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between different teams, ensuring cohesive and aligned project execution.
Promote effective communication and collaboration between development, QA and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master s degree is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical project management or a related role.
Proven experience in leading and delivering complex projects, including deployment and integration.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Deep technical knowledge in SaaS technologies, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and TXM solutions.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
In-depth understanding of SaaS concepts, TXM(Talent Experience Management) solutions or HR domain, APIs, SOAP, Postman, CMS, ATS, and CRM systems.
Certifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or other relevant certifications are preferred.
Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect) are a plus.
Delivery Metrics Management:
Drive and manage delivery metrics to ensure project goals are met.
Continuously analyze and improve delivery performance through data-driven insights and metrics tracking.
