Mandatory Experience with Mobileum RA-FMS solutions or similar platforms/products.
Strong knowledge of telecom networks, billing systems, and data analytics.
Proficiency in SQL, Linux OS and data analysis tools, any scripting language e.g. Shell, Perl or Python.
Sound Knowledge in OpenShift Container Platform. Sound knowledge in object storage concepts, Cloud concepts.

What you will do:

Performance Management
Maintain production system & ensuring its performance and stability.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in revenue and fraud data.
Evaluate performance on day-to-day basis and raise any issues with performance teams.
Manage Escalations on performance Issues.
Lead to perform daily governance with team on application performance and process

Defect & Problem Management: - Monitor, Manage & Solve: -
L1 Issues, fraud alerts and investigate suspicious activities.
Development / Desing Defect (In co-ordination with Development & Desing partner),
Product Issues (in co-ordination with 3rd party vendors)

Incident Management: -
Responsible for Driving E2E closure of any E-business / Digital channel related Incidents
Work in tandem with Incident Management for closure of Issues.

Release Management: -
Audit Management :-

The skills you bring:

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Professional certifications in revenue assurance or fraud management (e.g., TM Forum, CFCA) are a plus.
Analytical Skills and strong intend to learn new things.
