We are seeking a skilled Technical Architect with expertise in IBM technologies, including IBM ACE, IBM API Connect, and IBM MQ/RDQM. The ideal candidate will possess strong cloud application development skills and have the ability to guide and mentor teams in delivering high-quality solutions

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Technical Architect with a focus on IBM technologies.

- Strong background in cloud application development.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about architectural challenges.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience in working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred :

- Certifications in IBM technologies or cloud architecture.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture :

- Design and architect scalable and robust solutions using IBM ACE, API Connect, and MQ/RDQM.

- Ensure that solutions are aligned with business objectives and cloud best practices.

Team Guidance :

- Mentor and guide development teams in implementing solutions using the above technologies.

- Conduct technical reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to architectural standards.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with sales and pre-sales teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate architectural strategies and proposals.

Documentation :

- Create and maintain architectural documentation, including design specifications, implementation guides, and best practices.

- Develop technical proposals and responses for RFPs related to IBM technologies.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in IBM technologies and cloud application development.

- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance performance and scalability of existing solutions.
