Technical Architect - Sailpoint (17-20 yrs)

Job Description :

Candidate should have a strong background in identity and access management (IAM) and extensive experience with SailPoint. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing IAM solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

i. Design and Architecture : Develop and design SailPoint solutions, including workflows, rules, and custom connectors.

ii. Implementation : Lead the implementation of SailPoint, including installation, configuration, and integration with various systems.

iii. Project Management : Manage IAM projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.

iv. Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

v. Client Interaction : Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored IAM solutions.

vi. Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all IAM solutions and processes.

Qualifications :

i. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Java, XML, and other relevant technologies. Strong understanding of IAM concepts and best practices.

ii. Certifications : SailPoint certification is highly desirable.

iii. Soft Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

c. Preferred Qualifications :

i. Experience with other IAM tools and technologies.

ii. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to IAM
