Technical Analyst

Role: Analyst & Senior Analyst

Experience: 2-3 years & 4-6 years

Work Locations: Chennai & Hyderabad

Work Model: Hybrid

Shift: 3:00 PM to 12:00 PM

Role Summary:

Technical Analyst will be responsible for investigating complex technical issues, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to improve our systems and processes. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex technical problems across various systems and platforms.
• Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and recommending solutions.
• Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of technical processes and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and improve efficiency.
• Communicate with technical information clearly and concisely to both technical & non-technical audiences.
• Participate in project planning and execution, contributing expertise and insights.
• Stay updated in emerging technologies and best practices

Requirement:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools and familiarity with ETL and ELT best practices.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) is a plus.
• Experience with R is a plus.
• Experience working with the Google Cloud Platform is a plus
