Workday Technical Business Analyst - Integration Specialist
You will play a crucial role in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing our Workday platforms integrations with various internal and external systems. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding integration technologies, and best practices to ensure seamless data flow across the organization.
Previous experience with Workday is a plus, but is not a mandatory prerequisite in order to be considered for the position.
Your role within the team
As a member of the Applications Delivery, HR team, you will report to the Manager, Applications Delivery and be responsible for:
Interface Design:
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Design, configure and implement integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems using Workday Studio, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), and other integration tools.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, system architects, and developers to design Workday interfaces and integrations that meet business requirements.
Interface Troubleshooting and Support:
Diagnose and resolve integration issues, including data discrepancies, error handling, and performance optimization.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders on integration-related matters.
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather requirements and provide project updates.

Qualifications for the position
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing Workday integrations in a complex enterprise environment.
Knowledge in integration technologies and protocols such as Web Services (SOAP, REST), XML and XSLT.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Environment a big plus.
Experience with Workday Studio, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, and/or Workday Integration Cloud. Workday Integration Certification is a plus.
Experience and interest in Workday Functional configuration (HCM, Performance Talent, Learning) is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively while working under minimal supervision.
