Sales & Application Specialist (RTPCR Kits)

Role:
As a Sales & Application Specialist for RT-PCR Kits, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative RT-PCR kits to laboratories, hospitals, and other healthcare institutions. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical support and addressing their queries.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:
Identify and pursue potential customers in the healthcare industry.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in laboratories and hospitals.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the benefits of our RT-PCR kits.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Technical Support and Training:
Provide technical support to customers regarding product usage, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
Conduct training sessions for laboratory technicians on the proper use of our RT-PCR kits.
Address customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
Develop strategies to differentiate our products from competitors.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including ISO 13485 and CE marking.
Assist in obtaining necessary regulatory approvals for new products."
