Candidate profile expectation:
We believe that Senior Engineers are leaders in their teams and make an impact with everything they do, from technical tasks to teamwork. To succeed in this role, we believe you should possess:
Empathy - When reading old code, delivering a feature, or mentoring a junior, you take their perspective into consideration.
Experience - Ample experience in JavaScript (especially SPAs), Angular, Typescript, HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery
A desire to make a difference To improve our tech, team, and processes, a drive for Change is part of your DNA.
Communication you know how to present your ideas and listen to feedback, whether its with your whole team, your manager, a mentee, or a peer. Strong English skills go a long way.
