Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.

- Automation of the process through AI

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide automation solutions.

- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and automation workflows.

- Develop and maintain documentation for automated processes.

- Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.

- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and industry standards.

- Conduct training and change management initiatives to drive adoption of automation solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of workflow automation, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and AI-based automation.

- Knowledge of process mapping and optimization methodologies.

- Experience with APIs and integrations between software applications.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication skills for collaboration with non-technical stakeholders.
