Qualifications :

- 7+ years of proven experience in SQL Server development, including writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.

- Hands-on experience in designing, scheduling, and supporting SSIS packages and jobs.

- Proficiency in developing and supporting SSRS reports.

- Solid understanding of database maintenance tasks and optimization techniques.

- Strong troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving database-related issues.

- Proactive monitoring expertise with a focus on anticipating and addressing potential issues.

- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with end-users and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities :

- Proficient in writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.

- Develop and maintain database objects to support application functionalities.

- Design, schedule, and support SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages and jobs.

- Troubleshoot and optimize SSIS packages for efficient data ETL processes.

- Develop and maintain SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports.

- Collaborate with end-users to understand reporting requirements and implement solutions.

- Perform routine database maintenance tasks, including backups, indexing, and optimization.

- Provide timely support to resolve database-related issues, collaborating with development teams when required.

- Implement proactive monitoring of database server activities, jobs, and performance.

- Anticipate and address potential issues to ensure system reliability.

- Monitor database performance and initiate optimization strategies as needed.

- Identify opportunities for enhancing system efficiency and propose optimization measures.

- Document SQL code, database designs, and configurations for reference and knowledge sharing.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of databases with applications.
