Job Description

We are looking for a talented and motivated Data Scientist with 3-5 years of experience to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Predictive Analysis, and Generative AI. This role involves leveraging advanced data science techniques to drive insights, develop predictive models, and create cutting-edge AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement data science models and algorithms using LLM, RAG, Predictive Analysis, and Generative AI techniques.
Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
Build and maintain predictive models to forecast future trends and behaviors.
Utilize generative AI to create innovative solutions for various business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data science projects.
Communicate complex data findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, AI, and machine learning technologies.
Ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of data and models.
Contribute to the development and deployment of scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist.
Strong expertise in working with Large Language Models (LLM) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Proven experience in predictive analysis and developing predictive models.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI and related technologies.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and text analytics.
Knowledge of deep learning techniques and neural networks.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI models.
Understanding of data engineering and data pipeline concepts.
Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
