Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development:
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Translate design concepts and wireframes into high-quality code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and technical constraints.
- User Experience:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to guide the development process.
- Ensure a seamless and consistent user experience across all platforms and devices.
- Prototyping and Testing:
- Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and gather feedback.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to optimize user interfaces and improve usability.
- Visual Design:
- Design visually appealing and cohesive UI elements, including buttons, icons, and animations.
- Maintain and enhance the company s design system and style guide.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively to stakeholders and team members.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience in UI/UX design and development.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful digital products.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects.
