Job Description

- We are looking for a Senior React Developer with a solid background in front-end development, team management, and experience in headless implementations and Progressive Web Applications (PWA).
and be able to manage a team of developers while driving technical innovation in the front-end space.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of front-end developers, ensuring timely project deliveries.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to create high-performance, responsive web applications.

- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable, and efficient front-end code using React.js.

- Implement and optimize headless CMS solutions and PWA functionality to enhance the performance and user experience.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices to ensure the continuous evolution of the codebase.

- Work closely with the product and design teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

- Ensure code quality and team collaboration through code reviews, mentoring, and training.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex front-end issues.

- Collaborate on the creation and maintenance of detailed technical documentation.

- Manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth deployment and integration workflows.

- Manage JIRA boards, contribute to sprint grooming, and follow Agile processes.

- Handle Git repositories efficiently, including pull requests, code reviews, and merging.

Required Skills :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks.

- Proven experience with headless CMS and PWA implementations.

- Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.

- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and workflows.

- Experience with Version Control (Git) and Continuous Integration/Deployment workflows.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL(Must), and back-end/front-end integration.

- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for modern web applications.

- Experience with build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and task runners.

- Experience managing JIRA boards and participating in Agile sprint grooming sessions.

- Ability to lead and mentor junior developers while collaborating within a cross-functional team.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with TypeScript.

- Experience with Unit Testing and End-to-End Testing (Jest, Cypress, etc.

- Understanding of design principles and responsive web design.

- Prior experience working in an Agile environment.

- Good to have experience with PWA and Magento 2 frontend development.
