Role Overview :

As a Senior React Native Engineer, you'll lead the development of high-quality mobile applications for IOS and Android platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features, set technical standards, and drive performance optimization.

Responsibilities :

- Develop, enhance, and maintain mobile apps with React Native.

- Lead architecture, design, and development using React Native, Jetpack Compose, and Coroutines.

- Set technical standards and best coding practices.

- Coach engineers and drive optimization efforts.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- 5+ years of React Native development experience.

- Proficient in React Native framework and JavaScript.

- Strong understanding of mobile UI design principles.

- Experience with state management (Redux/MobX) and RESTful APIs.

- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and Git.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Other Capabilities :

- Native mobile development experience (IOS/Android) is a plus.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Bitrise or GitHub Actions.

- Experience with A/B Testing, Feature Flags, and mass customer mobile apps.

- Certifications in related fields preferred.
