Role & responsibilities : 1. Build and maintain strong and long-lasting customer relationships
2. Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers
3. Help on-board new customers and provide customer service to assigned customer accounts
5. Assist with challenging customer requests or issue escalations as needed
Preferred candidate profile : 1) Should be available for full time internship
2) Should have relevant skills and interests into Customer Support
3) The candidate Must have atleast 3 to 6 months Internship experience.
