Job Description
Work closely with development teams to understand project requirements and features to be tested.
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, or other testing frameworks.
Participate in creating and maintaining test plans, cases, and data.
Identify, document, and track bugs or defects discovered during testing.
Assist in setting up and maintaining test environments and automation infrastructure.
Collaborate with manual testers and developers to identify areas for automation and continuously improve the automation process.
Ensure that automation scripts are scalable and reusable for future projects.
Learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies in automation testing.
Required Skills :
Basic understanding of software testing concepts (manual and automation).
Familiarity with automation testing tools like Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
Knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python, or C#.
Ability to understand and create simple scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
Problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
