Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior developers and architects to learn and understand design and solution patterns.
- Assist in designing and developing scalable platforms using cloud technologies.
- Engage in development tasks using technologies such as RESTful APIs, Spring Boot, and Microservices under supervision.
- Actively learn and stay updated with the latest technology stacks.
- Participate in requirement-gathering sessions and assist in creating design documents and other project artefacts.
- Support the deployment of applications on cloud environments, particularly AWS.
- Work with relational databases like SQL Server and PostgreSQL, and learn to use NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
- Gain hands-on experience with tools like Maven, Gradle, Jira, Jenkins, Docker, and GIT.
- Develop good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
- Learn and adapt to working in a high-paced agile environment.
- Assist in code reviews and contribute to the ongoing improvement of development best practices.
Skills:
- Strong foundational knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming.
- Eagerness to learn and apply new technologies.
- Ability to work well in a team and take direction from senior developers.
- Basic understanding of cloud computing and databases is a plus.
