Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, billing inquiries, technical support, and other service-related issues.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring proper documentation and timely follow-up.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate departments or management when necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on open issues and ensuring resolution.
• Collaborate with the sales, logistics, and product teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to better assist customers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree or higher preferred).
• Proven experience in customer service, retail, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficient in using computer systems, email, and CRM software.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• A positive attitude and a desire to help others.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (if applicable).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a E-commerce industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with customer service metrics and KPIs is a plus.
