Business Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Coordinator with advanced Excel skills and fluency in English. In this role, you will manage service requests, coordinate with various teams, and ensure smooth and timely service delivery. You will also leverage your Excel expertise to maintain accurate records, analyze data, and prepare reports to support operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage service requests, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilize advanced Excel to track service performance, manage schedules, and maintain detailed records of service activities.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams in fluent English, ensuring all service requirements are clearly understood and met.
• Assist in the development and improvement of internal processes for service coordination and reporting.

Requirements:

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0-2 years of experience in a service coordination or similar role.
