Position Title US IT Recruiter

Department Human Resources / Talent Acquisition

Reports To Talent Acquisition Manager / HR Manager

Position Overview

The IT Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions within the organization. This role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the companys US IT staffing needs. The IT Recruiter works closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensures a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing and Attracting Talent
- Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals) to identify and attract qualified IT candidates.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
Candidate Screening
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information about the company and the role.
Candidate Evaluation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to conduct in-depth technical and behavioral interviews.
- Provide feedback and recommendations on candidate suitability for the role.
Offer Management
- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and offer letter preparation.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from offer acceptance to onboarding.
Recruitment Metrics and Reporting
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes for management.

Required Qualifications

Education
- Bachelor s degree in any field.
Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in US IT recruitment or technical recruiting.
- Proven track record of successfully filling US IT positions.
Skills
- Strong understanding of US IT roles and technologies.
- Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., Monster, Career Builder, Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
