Insurance Process Associate

Data Management

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in various systems and databases.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure data integrity.

Process Execution

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to complete assigned tasks.
• Assist in the development and improvement of process documentation.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain and organize physical and electronic files.
• Prepare and generate routine reports as required by management.

Compliance and Quality Assurance

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct quality checks and audits of work performed to maintain high standards.

Customer Support

• Provide support to internal and external customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed.

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.

Education

• bachelors degree in any field.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Office environment with working hours Mon- Fri between 630 PM IST to 330 AM IST or 730 PM IST to 430 AM IST.

• Potential for advancement to roles such as Senior Process Associate, Process Analyst, or Process Manager based on performance and experience.
