Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executives / Sales Professionals to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales and business development. This role requires working the night shift to align with our clients business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications:
- bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work night shifts (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST).
