Tech Stalwart Solution Private Limited is looking for SAP ABAP HR to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
- ABAP Development in HR Modules:Develop and customize ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms within SAP HR modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Time Management (TM)
- Utilize ABAP skills to support HR-related business processes and data handling
- Data Migration and Integration:Support data migration activities related to HR modules, ensuring data accuracy and integrity during transitions or system upgrades
- Integrate HR modules with other SAP modules or external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency
- Enhancements and Customizations:Design and implement enhancements or custom functionalities within HR modules using ABAP, including modifications to standard SAP HR processes based on business requirements
- Develop and maintain interfaces between HR modules and external applications/systems
- Reports and Analytics:Create custom HR reports using ABAP to support HR analytics, compliance reporting, and decision-making processes
- Develop and maintain ad-hoc reporting tools or dashboards for HR data analysis
- Documentation and Support:Maintain comprehensive technical documentation of ABAP developments, configurations, and change management procedures within HR modules
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR end-users on ABAP functionalities
