Back Office Sales /Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery challans for customers.
• Maintain and update sales records, customer details, and transactions in Excel.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations and ensure timely responses.
• Convert quotations into purchase orders by coordinating with clients.
• Support the sales team with documentation and backend processes.
• Coordinate with logistics and accounts for smooth order processing.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and proper documentation of all transactions.
• Draft and respond to emails professionally for internal and external communication.
• Assist in generating sales reports and performance tracking.

Requirements:

• Strong skills in email drafting and professional communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and documentation tools.
• Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
• Experience in sales coordination or a similar role preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
