Roles and Responsibilities

IATF 16949

1. Certification/ Re-certification of TPI as prescribed from time to time. Presently once in three years.

2. To coordinate with the Certification company for successful conduct of annual Surveillance Audit as per plan.

3. Close Major / Minor / Observations arising out of Audits.

4. Conduct Management Review Meetings every 6 Months. Prepare MOM, circulate the same and ensure compliance / feedback of decisions / instructions.

5. Conduct the following Annual Audits as per plan. Ensure closure of all non conformances,

a. Raw Material Supplier Audit

b. Product & Process Audit.

6. Carry out the following annual activities as per plan and submit reports.

a. Calibration of all Machines and Instruments

b. Product lay out

c. Material revalidation

d. MSA /SPC Report

COMPANY QUALITY OBJECTIVES

1. Achieve Quality Rejection targets.

a. In House Rejection - Rejection Quantity

b. Cost of Poor Quality - Rejection Value

2. Achieve Target of Zero Customer Complaints

a. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

b. Take preventive / corrective actions based on RC.

c. Timely communication to Customer (within 24 hours of receipt of Customer Complaint)

CUSTOMER AUDITS

a. Coordinate with Customers.

b. Close NCR / Observations.

c. Achieve the targeted score.

TRAINING

1. Organize / Conduct with the help of External / Internal resource IATF awareness training for New Joiners.

2. Organize / Conduct with the help of External / Internal resource Conduct Internal Auditor training

3. Evaluate the effectiveness of the training.

QUALITY MIS

1. COPQ

a. Monthly - by 2nd of every subsequent month.

b. Weekly - Saturday

MANAGEMENT REVIEW MEETING

1. Coordinate with Directors for Date.

2. Presentation of TPI's Performance

3. Prepare Minutes of Meeting and circulate.

4. Ensure feedback / compliance

OTHER COMPANY INITIATIVES

1. To actively participate and contribute to various companywide initiatives and programmes such as Suggestion Scheme, SKS, 5 S, Safety, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement activities etc

2. Any other works / assignments / Projects assigned from time to time.
