Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for a Senior QA who will be responsible for identifying test scenarios and writing and executing test scripts of moderate complexity. Evaluates risk and defects and conducts general root cause analysis. Works independently within an established framework. The person will Implement test automation and will conduct a wide range of quality control tests, trials and analyses across systems and applications to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and end user requirements. Drafts, revises and approves test plans and scripts to ensure alignment with standards and software strategy.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Technology, or Engineering
• At least 2+ years of working experience in QA
• Knowledge in ERP applications such as NetSuite, Oracle EBS will be added advantage

What will you be doing in this role

• Designs, implements, executes, and debugs/fixes automated tests of moderate complexity.
• Identifies risk and develops and implements mitigation plans under general supervision.
• Configures regression framework to run against different instances.
• Estimates effort required for given story or task.
• Provides inputs and escalates issues in bug triage meetings and coordinates with development team.
• Uses developing skills to conduct root cause analysis, escalating significantly complex issues as necessary.
• Provides support and mentorship to team members.
