Exposure to Sales Service cloud or certified in the same Should have exposure to config and Admin related changes as needed for any non-code related fixes Should be Admin 201 Certified, Advanced Admin certification is a Plus Should know the SFDC Sales and Service cloud Functional flow Should be able to understand the Customer s implicit and explicit requirements and manage the UAT for the Customer Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools such as JIRA or Trello. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with data migration and system integration projects is a plus. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues groom the same to the Development Team.
