At least 7 years of hands-on experience with 2 end-to-end Implementations.
Experienced in RE-FX with the ability to perform RE-FX solution implementation with the new IRFS16 lease capability.
Able to identify, design, and configure SAP Real Estate management.
Capable of leading client workshops.
Ability to follow SAP methodology, including conducting gap analysis between business requirements and SAP solutions, analyzing and preparing data migration plans, and developing and executing rigorous data and process testing plans.
Proven success in implementing SAP functionality in a team environment and the ability to work self-sufficiently.
Knowledge of Master Data, Commercial Real Estate, Real Estate Management, Real Estate Search, Lease Management, Condition, Adjustment, Sale Based Rent, and Legal Compliance
