Accounting Support

• Record daily financial transactions and ensure they are accurately posted in the accounting system.
• Assist in the preparation of invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts.

Accounts Payable and Receivable

• Process payments to vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Administrative Support
  
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

1. Other Duties
   
• Support senior accountants with ad hoc tasks and special projects.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting issues.
