Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act 2013, FEMA, Listing Agreement, Takeover Code, and ESOPs
- Maintain accurate statutory registers and records as per regulatory guidelines
- Draft and implement policies and codes in alignment with corporate laws
- Manage shareholder communications and inquiries
- Convene and administer board and committee meetings
- Oversee e-filing processes, liaising with RoC, MCA, and the Registrar
Requirements:
- Total 0-1 years of experience, with a mandatory ICSI membership
- Good to have experience in handling FEMA requirements
- Legal background is advantageous
- Possess an analytical and strategic mindset
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
