Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales and Lead Conversion:
    • Engage with potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to convert them into paid mentees.
    • Use a consultative sales approach to understand the needs of leads and suggest suitable program offerings.
  • Lead Generation and Funnel Management:
    • Actively work on building a strong lead pipeline through referrals, partnerships, and innovative outreach strategies.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize the lead funnel and achieve a higher conversion rate.
  • Target Achievement and Performance:
    • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets through effective communication and follow-ups.
    • Track and analyze performance metrics to maintain consistent and sustainable growth.

  • Collaboration with Leadership:
    • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Head (SMO Head) and the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to contribute ideas, strategies, and solutions for business growth.
    • Participate as a key stakeholder in brainstorming sessions for revenue optimization and long-term planning.

  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
    • Conduct in-depth research on market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
    • Present actionable insights to improve offerings and enhance customer acquisition strategies.

  • Partnership Building:
    • Establish and nurture partnerships with academic institutions to create mutually beneficial collaborations.
    • Represent the company professionally in all external engagements.

  • Growth and Learning:
