About the Job Job Title: Frontend Technical Lead (ReactJS)
Location: Pune
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a group of talented developers, overseeing the technical aspects of our projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. This is a hands-on role where you will be actively involved in the development process while providing technical guidance and leadership to the team
Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Architect, design, and develop software solutions that align with the project goals, best practices, and industry standards.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and performance.
- Identify technical challenges and proactively propose solutions to address them.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, explore new technologies, and promote best practices to enhance the development process.
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure proper testing and quality assurance of software products.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones, and effectively communicate progress and potential risks to the project stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the software development industry.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Act as the primary technical contact for the front-end team.
Must-Haves:
- 6+ years of professional front-end development experience, with at least 4 years using React.js.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Deep understanding of React.js ecosystem, including React Router, Redux, and Context API.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux Toolkit, MobX).
- Expertise in front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with front-end applications.
- Understanding of WebSocket communication.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques (e.g., lazy loading, code splitting).
- Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or other modern frameworks.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Blockchain Technology
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
- Understanding of mobile application development (iOS/Android) and associated frameworks.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
