Profile Summary

Graphic Designer with a min 3 years of creative design experience in a design agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions across various mediums. You will be responsible for leading design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering visually stunning work that meets client expectations and brand objectives.

Detailed Job Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design event branding materials, including logos, banners, posters, signage, and digital assets, while ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and email campaigns.
• Design visually engaging presentation decks, multimedia content, and visuals for keynote speakers and event presentations.
• Create captivating event themes and visual concepts, translating ideas into eye-catching visuals that resonate with the target audience.
• Collaborate with different departments to design event collateral, including event programs, name badges, tickets, and merchandise.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate innovative design techniques and elevate the visual aesthetics of event materials.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team, offering constructive feedback and ensuring the quality of design outputs.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and delivering high-quality designs within specified deadlines.
• Coordinate with external vendors and printers to ensure accurate and timely production of printed materials.
• Collaborate with photographers and videographers to ensure the integration of design elements in event photography and videography.

Education Qualification & Key Skills require

• Bachelors in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the event industry or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with branding, packaging, digital media, and print design.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
