Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IFRS 17 and experience working with actuarial platforms and data.

Responsibilities :

Data Ingestion and Transformation :

- Work with various data sources to extract and transform data into a format suitable for the IFRS CSM engine.

- Utilize Prophet DCS to aggregate contracts and prepare data for processing.

Data Validation and Reconciliation :

- Perform data validation and reconciliation checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

- Resolve data discrepancies and errors.

Report Generation and Analysis :

- Create reports to analyze results generated from IFRS 17 software.

- Validate calculations and model roll-forward by comparing CSM Engine outputs with sample model points.

Problem-Solving and Innovation :

- Identify and address data quality issues and process inefficiencies.

- Propose solutions to improve data processes and reporting.

Technical Skills :

- Strong SQL skills to query and manipulate data.

- Python programming skills to automate tasks and perform data analysis.

- Understanding of actuarial platforms and tools.

Qualifications :

- Experience working on IFRS 17 projects.

- Strong understanding of actuarial concepts and data.

- Proficiency in SQL and Python.

- Experience with data transformation and validation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
