ServiceNow Developer - Vulnerability Management (7-9 yrs)

Years of Experience : 7 to 9 years.

Location : Chennai.

Joining : Only immediate joiner to Serving Notice.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies :

Information Security technologies, Database and application security, Network Architecture, Database /Application /Network Layer Secure Protocols, Physical and Environmental Security, mobile & cloud security concepts.

- XML, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, TCP/IP.

- Proficient in building and mapping business requirement into ServiceNow Platform.

- Experience on IT Risk Management (IRM / GRC) solutions (ServiceNow, Enablon, Archer or other GRC Systems).

- Strong skills in ServiceNow notions : ITSM, CMDB, Workflows, Access Control, Reporting, Performance Analytics, Flow designer.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Solid analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to think globally.

Responsibilities :

- Requirement Gathering and Analysis : Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement using ServiceNow.

ServiceNow Development :

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom workflows, scripts, and integrations.

- Configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Asset Management.

- Develop custom applications and scripts to extend ServiceNow functionality.

IT Risk Management :

- Implement and maintain IT Risk Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

- Configure and customize risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and control frameworks. Develop reports and dashboards to monitor and track risk metrics.

Integration :

- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using APIs, web services, and other integration techniques.

- Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between different systems.

Testing and Deployment :

- Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow solutions to ensure quality and performance.

- Deploy and release ServiceNow updates and changes to production environments.

Support and Maintenance :

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and best practices.

Qualifications :

- 7-9 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and configuration.

- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules).

- Experience with IT Risk Management (IRM/GRC) solutions on ServiceNow.

- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.

- Experience with web technologies such as XML, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, and TCP/IP.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
