* Able to take care of training aids, equipments, vehicles and maintain

vehicle conditions after regular training conductions.

* Able to understand technical training modules and understand

demonstration on Engines, chassis, electrical etc.

* Good and through understanding of Petrol, Diesel technology and advance

technologies like CAN communication, electric, hybrid etc.

* Aware of passenger car dealership operations

* Ensure 6s standard after the training

* Basic knowledge of excel

Behavioural:

* Dealing with content development team.

* Synergize with Training Team and all internal stakeholders. Positive

attitude, and a team player. learning attitude. Free to travel PAN India, as

and when required.

Qualification,

experience, skills

& knowledge

* Diploma/GraduaƟon degree

* Preferable minimum 3 years of actual technical training demonstraƟon experience

in passenger car or equivalent automoƟve technician experience

* Accredited as an AutomoƟve Technician

* Experience with all necessary aspects of vehicle mechanisms and systems: Engine,

Transmission, Steering, Chassis & Electrical
