1. Will be responsible for design & delivery of Sales Trainings of complete JCB Product Range to the JCB dealer sales personnel.
2. Mode of training delivery will include classroom trainings, virtual (online) trainings, on-site trainings, and field coaching.
3. Develop and streamline processes for the complete learning cycle of dealer sales manpower in the region.
4. Perform training need analysis at dealerships in coordination with regions.
5. Establish feedback system to assess the training effectiveness.
6. Create monthly MIS w.r.t. regional trainings to improve the same.

Note - JCB Product Range comprises Backhoe Loaders, Excavators, Wheeled Loading Shovels, Telehandlers, Mini Excavators, Skid Steer Loaders, Compactors, Gensets and Access Range

2. Technical knowledge on Hydraulics, Engines and Construction Machinery
3. Developing training content
4. Capability of training delivery
5. Capability to handle an online learning management system and
6. Planning of training calendar.
7. Desired Qualification and Experience
1. B.E. or B. Tech (Mechanical/Automobile) is a Must. Added MBA (Marketing) will be an advantage.
2. Minimum 10 years work experience in Sales/Sales Training with an Automobile, Commercial Vehicles or Earthmoving & Construction Equipment Manufacturer.
3. Should have a penchant for delivery of technical product and sales trainings and some exposure in conducting trainings.
4. Should be willing to extensively travel within the region
