Data Engineer - ETL/Python (4-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

Data Collection and Interpretation :

- Gather and interpret data from various sources to identify relevant information and insights.

Pattern and Trend Identification :

- Analyze data sets to identify patterns and trends, enabling informed decision-making and forecasting.

Insight Derivation :

- Derive actionable insights and forecasts from data analysis, supporting business objectives and strategies.

Data Quality Assessment :

- Assess data quality and implement remediation measures to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Data Mapping :

- Map data from different sources to facilitate integration and compatibility.

Report Creation and Data Visualization :

- Create comprehensive reports and visualize data using reporting tools to effectively communicate findings and insights.

Data Pipeline Management :

- Build and maintain data pipelines to streamline the flow of information and automate processes.

Process Enhancement :

- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to their implementation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Requirements :

- Proficiency in analyzing large data sets and writing comprehensive reports.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from data.

- Strong attention to detail and methodical mindset.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Intermediate understanding of databases and data models.

- Hands-on experience with SQL database design.

- Experience designing, developing, and publishing data ETL pipelines.

- Exposure to Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Storage.

Team skills and collaboration.

Desirable Skills :

- Understanding of reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Education in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Statistics.

- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or C#.
