Responsibilities:

PMS:

1. Designing and implementing performance appraisal systems that are fair, transparent, and aligned with the companys objectives.
2. Creating performance metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) that accurately measure employee performance and align with the company’s strategic objectives.
3. Organizing regular performance reviews and feedback sessions between employees and their managers. Training managers on how to conduct effective performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
4. Tracking employee performance throughout the year using various tools and systems and identifying high performers and those who may need additional support or training.
5. Addressing performance issues promptly and effectively, working with managers to develop improvement plans.
6. Collecting and analysing performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Compensation and Benefits:

1. Assisting in job evaluations and analyses to ensure positions are classified correctly and compensated fairly.
2. Researching Compensation Trends: Researching and analyzing market data to benchmark salaries and benefits, ensuring the company's offerings are competitive.
3. Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring that compensation and benefits practices comply with regulations, including reporting requirements.
4. Supporting Policy Development: Assisting in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and procedures.

HR Tech

1. Monitoring and improving HR software solutions such as HRMS, ATS, and other HR systems
2. Providing training and support to HR staff and employees on how to use HR technology effectively.
3. Continuously improving the user interface and experience of HR systems to ensure they are user-friendly and meet the needs of all stakeholders.
