Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the team of 2 to 10 members. •
• Take care of team's performance and development of team members. •
• Build good relation with team members & help them to achieve their target •
• Motivate your team on daily bases & set sales target •
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service •
• Answer questions about services of the company •
• Enter and update customer information in the database •
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner •
• Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation •
• Go the extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales •
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Graduate with 1-4 years of experience in Team handling or other sales/customer service role • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints • Complete monthly sales Target.(individual &team target) • Complete daily KRA Key Competencies: • Communication skills • Information gathering and management • Persuasiveness • Negotiation skills • Stress tolerance • High energy levels • Self motivation
