Job Title: Team Leader - Voice Process

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to manage our sales voice process team. The successful candidate will bring a thorough understanding of operational metrics, people practices, and a strong sales outcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executive representatives to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to ensure compliance with service standards and improve team efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational processes and service quality.
• Handle complex customer issues and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience.
• Fulfilling daily assigned targets with can do it approach.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Sales Team Leader.
• Thorough understanding of operational metrics and proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong sales orientation with prior knowledge of sales processes and techniques.
