Team Lead - Information Security (10-12 yrs)

About the Role :

As a Team Lead for IT and Information Security Compliance, you will be responsible for leading a team of compliance professionals to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of compliance professionals.

- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

- Stay updated on relevant regulations and industry standards, including GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.

- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance policies and procedures.

- Oversee the implementation of compliance controls and safeguards.

- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.

- Prepare for and respond to regulatory inquiries and audits.

- Conduct regular compliance reviews and assessments.

- Develop and maintain an incident response plan.

- Respond to security incidents and breaches.

- Conduct post-incident analysis and implement corrective actions.

- Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees.

- Promote a culture of compliance and security awareness.

- Prepare regular compliance reports for management.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 10-12 years of experience in IT and information security compliance.

- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.

- Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing compliance programs.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Certifications in relevant areas, such as CISSP, CISM, or CIPP, are preferred.
