Conduct a morning meeting to discuss the days strategy.
Handling the entire online sales team and ensuring that they are performing efficiently.
Train and motivate team members to provide a better understanding of market/products.
Monitor and review team members performance, help them achieve maximum business.
Responsible for achieving team targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
Responsible for primarily selling Equity based investment product like MF.
Periodic meeting with client along with team member
Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the financial services industry. Provide regular updates to the RO/RM as and when require.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate/post Graduate with more than 1-5 years experience in the broking or finance sector.
Strong knowledge of Equity market, commodity market, Mutual fund & other financial products.
Previous experience of successfully leading a team in a customer-facing capacity with a strong drive for results.
Excellent communication skills for building strong client relationships and negotiating deals.
