Job Description
Education Qualification - BE/ B.Tech/Diploma- Electrical / Electronics 6 + Years of Experience in Machine Shop Maintenance(CNC)Experience in handling Machine shop ( Grinding / turning/ Machining centre m/c) .
- Having good experience in Grinding machine, Turning center, Machining center (HMC/VMC), Induction Hardening, Gantry Maintenance
- Exposure in dealing with Fanuc, Siemens CNC/PLC control system for grinding, turning, milling, Machining center.
- Expert in CNC & PLC maintenance, able to do the PLC, HMI programing
- Understanding of CNC parameter.
- Clear understanding on Breakdown maintenance,Preventive maintenance,Corrective maintenance, predictive maintenace and measuring parameters like MTBF, MTTR and OEE and implent the same.
- Familiar with Capturing Predictive data for various critical machines.
- Good vendor network for repairing PLC/CNC card, drive, PCBs
- Familiar with Gantry maintenance.
- Experinec aboout Induction hardenig, heat treatment process
- Electrical drawing need to understand and configuration of two software/hardware
- Good knowldge of Scale, encoder, Drives, Spindle drive, powersupply drives etc.
