Job Responsibilities :

- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

- Set clear team goals.

- Delegate tasks and set deadlines for engineers at different site locations.

- Oversee day-to-day operations at multiple sites.

- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.

- Motivate team members.

- Discover training needs and provide coaching.

- Listen to the team member's feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.

- Encourage creativity and risk-taking.

- Suggest and organize team-building activities.

- Manages procurement, inventories and stock, including keeping detailed records of inventory use and sales, and advising management on orders where necessary.

- Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training.

- Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance.

- Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations.

- Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines.

- Ensures company brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards.

- Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer inquiries and effectively handling customer complaints.

Require Skills :

- Strong experience in Server & Networking.

- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.

- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.

- Handled team at multiple locations.

- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel & PowerPoints.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Organizational and time-management skills.
