Team Lead - Finance | Immediate Requirement

Job Description:

We are seeking a Team Lead - Finance to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of relevant experience with a strong background in the Procure to Pay process, accounts payable, reconciliation, accounting, tally, and bookkeeping. Experience in import and e-commerce operations will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute the end-to-end Procure to Pay process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payment processing and vendor management.
• Oversee accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and payment disbursements.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in financial reporting and analysis, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, operations, and other departments to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
• Utilize accounting software, including Tally, to maintain financial records and generate reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into finance operations where applicable.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience (4-6 years) in finance or accounting roles, preferably within an e-commerce or import environment.
• Strong understanding of the Procure to Pay process and accounts payable functions.
• Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Tally, and MS Office suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in finance.
