Job Description :

Pathology Coding Specialist in the below areas.

Surgical level, Flow cytometry, Bone marrow, LCD, Coding MIPS,

Diagnosis Coding, Clinical Consults, Clinical, Hematology, Immunology, Molecular Path, Non-Gyn Cytology.

Good Communication and Analytical skills, Ensure adherence to external and internal quality and security standards (HIPPA / HITECH /ISO).
Timely intervention to improve quality.
Proficient in preparing Day-to-Day report, Week end report, month end report, coding profile Report, Daily quality report, and monthly quality report.
Manage the delivery of services to ensure SLA is met and P&L
Production planning monthly, weekly and daily queue management, movement of resource on need basis.
Closely work with the cross function team

Manage the overall performance management of the team

Qualification and Job Specification

*Minimum 6 - 11 years of medical coding experience. Should have strong Surgical Pathology coding experience is being mandatory.
*Certification is Optional
*Strong understanding of healthcare principles and concepts.
* Good at Process Documentation, creating SOPs & Process mapping.
•*Strong Client interaction and Management Skills.
* Good Communication Skills, Analytical Skills and Interpersonal Skills
