Job Description
- Fluent English speaker with strong verbal and written communication (Level C1 or higher)
- Minimum 6-8 years work experience
- Minimum 3 year customer service experience
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting with customers via phone
- Experience working with US teams
- Minimum 2-3 years team leadership experience
- Experience training and coaching team members on phone support best practices
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Good collaborator with strong project management skills
- Must be available to work from 7 am ET-4 pm ET

Urjanet is a growing company where if you work in right team, you will have n number of opportunities. Culture is good. People are welcoming and helping. Hikes are also minimum 10% every year. Employees get 12 SL, 12 CL, 12 PL. So 36 leaves in a year.
In interview they will tell its a technical position and take you. But don't believe. Its crap. Ask clearly what team you are taking into, role, technologies, responsibilities etc. During Covid time, they laid off ~10% employees at Chennai location across teams. But all those due to performance issues only.
