Job Title: Senior Team Leader/Team Leader

Payroll: Eureka Outsourcing Solutions

Salary Package: ₹5.5-6 LPA (₹40,000-₹45,000 in hand)

Mandatory experience into demat account opening, Stock , Broking Sales process.

Locations & No of Openings:

Thane: 10 Openings

Andheri: 10 Openings

Mandatory Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Graduate

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of overall experience.

Proven track record as a Sales Team Leader in stock or demat account opening.

Experience managing a team of telecalling sales executives.

Preferred Background: Candidates from companies like Angel Broking, ICICI Securities, 5Paisa, Motilal Oswal, Aditya Birla, or other stock broking firms.

Note: BPO experience is acceptable only if relevant to stock or demat account opening processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Team Management:

Lead a team of tele calling sales executives, ensuring performance targets are met or exceeded.

Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance team skills and productivity.

Monitor and evaluate team performance through KPIs and other metrics.

2. Sales Strategy Execution:

Drive sales initiatives for demat account openings and related financial products.

Develop and implement strategies to maximize lead conversion rates.

Ensure all team activities align with company objectives.

3. Client Interaction and Relationship Management:

Address escalated client queries and concerns effectively.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster repeat business.

4. Process Optimization:

Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements.

Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines in all sales processes.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly performance reports to management.

Maintain accurate records of team activities, leads, and closures.

6. Collaboration with Stakeholders:

Coordinate with other departments for smoother process execution.

Stay updated on market trends and competitor strategies to inform sales planning.
